How Your Day Works

 

Lou takes great care to ensure your day is what you have hoped for.

 

After the initial contact and confirmation of the date of your event, an on-site meeting is arranged with Lou. 

 

This is an opportunity to discuss the menu, any special dietary requirements and other preferences and logistics.

 

On the day, Lou and her staff will come early to the venue with the prepared food and all the cooking and preparation equipment.

 

They do final touches to the presentation of the food in your kitchen.

 

Once the party begins, Lou and staff will serve delicious, freshly prepared food and they take great care to make sure that every guest is well looked after.
